Privacy notice
Who we are
This website is operated by Custoris Health Ltd, trading as Custoris Care. Custoris Health Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
Other Custoris group websites, including those of Custoris Health, Custoris Academy and Survelix, have their own privacy arrangements.
What we collect
When you use one of our forms, we collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on the form, this is:
- your name, email address and, if you provide it, telephone number;
- the type of enquiry, the service you are asking about and a general location;
- a short message and your preferred contact method;
- for careers enquiries, the kind of role you are interested in.
Our forms are designed so that you do not need to share health information. Please do not include medical or other sensitive details in a web form. If support is discussed further, we gather what is needed privately and securely as part of an assessment, under a separate notice that we will give you at that time.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, and, where it leads on to support, a referral or a job application, to take that forward. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have made, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, on our behalf. With your agreement, or where the law requires it, we may share information with professionals involved in someone’s care, such as the referring social worker. We do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Where an enquiry becomes part of a care or employment record, it is kept in line with the retention periods that apply to those records.
Cookies

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. To make a request, email [email protected].
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
